I strongly recommand this app, It is quite easy to sur and the user is very well handed throught the exercices.
A firm yet gentle guide. I had thought that the breathing techniques would be difficult or uncomfortable but found it simple and effective.

Some bad moments

I really like this meditation app. It has a great pace and I like that the prompts are pretty concrete and things you could do on your own.
This app is so easy to use, it really has done wonders for my meditation practice.
His voice is steady and soothing. The meditation is calming. I highly recommend this app for all experienced yogis.
